The current schematic design includes two freestanding, above grade parking structures at the center of 4-story wood framed, slab-on-grade residential buildings. This concept hides the parking from exterior view while enabling same-level access to one's home from their covered, secured parking space. The design also features several courtyards which will be activated with landscaped areas, water features, pergolas, and pool decks. The project is approached by way of a grand entry boulevard which provides access from the public road and creates an impressive and formal sense of arrival. At the terminus of the entry boulevard is the leasing office pavilion which overlooks the pool, exercise facility, and sitting areas of the central courtyard. High quality interior finishes will complement the superior project design. Alexan Bridgeport will feature a luxury, resort-style urban living atmosphere that will be unique amongst the suburban Portland market.
